• Tags and packaging are intact

• The item is damaged defective or incorrect

• Sale/discounted items

• Items damaged due to customer mishandling

• Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable)

4. 🔄 Exchange Process

• Contact us via phone or email with your order number and reason for exchange.

• We’ll arrange a pickup or ask you to send it to our address.

• Once we receive and inspect the item the exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
